Charmaine holds a Masters of Business Administration and a PhD (Australian National University) and has worked in the tertiary education sector in Hong Kong for more than 15 years. She is a conscientious academic professional with extensive teaching and practical industry experience. She has published several social media articles on business ethics, human resources, and leadership. Charmaine also volunteers with the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) where she teaches English to new migrants. She has enjoyed using her community language to share real stories and useful information to support people with disabilities to live well. Charmaine's role with Speak My Language was with the Ethnic Communities' Council of VIC.
